1. When will be the next Congress?
XIII International Asian Congress will be held on May 20-22, 2026 in Toruń.
2. What is the deadline for registration?
We accept submissions until April 30, 2026, 23:59.
3. Can I register after that time?
The possibility of registering will be disabled on May 5, 2026, 23:58.
4. I have registered participation. What’s next?
After a successful registration in the system, each participant receives an automatic response confirming that we received a submission. Since that moment, please give us time to examine your application.
5. I have registered participation but received no automatic confirmation.
During the registration an error occurred or not all data were filled in the form. Please register again.
6. What is the conference fee?
The conference fee depends on the chosen mode of participation and ranges from 100 to 600 PLN. Available options can be checked in the registration form.
7. What account can I use for transferring the conference fee?

11. When the detailed programme will be available?
The moment of the detailed programme’s publication depends strictly on timely registering submissions by participants and is planned for April 20, 2026.
12. When can I send a paper for the conference proceedings?
Papers after the XII International Asian Congress should be sent until September 30, 2026 – it is a final deadline.
13. When the conference proceedings will be published?

14. I haven’t received an invitation for a diplomatic reception. Can I come anyway?
We invite participants who have not received an invitation for a diplomatic reception to come to the main reception that will take place on May 20, 2025, 19:00, in Zajazd Staropolski.
15. I have registered stationary participation and transferred the conference fee but I have to converse to the remote form. Can I ask for return?
Yes. Besides, all financial questions should be addressed to Mrs. Katarzyna Szczutkowska: finance@iacongress.pl
16. I have participated online. When do I receive a certificate?
Certificates for remote participants will be sent in a month from the Congress’ end. In cases requiring special attention, please contact us.
